About KaTrina Simmons

Specializing in closing deals, KaTrina Simmons has been working as a full service provider in all real estate matters since first obtaining her license in 1998. With her attentiveness and conversational fluency in American sign language and Spanish, she gets right to the heart of her clients wants and needs, building their trust with her unwavering honesty and professionalism. She sees all of her clients as a part of her extended family. And as a licensed broker serving a multitude of states, it’s a big family!

KaTrina grew up on the East Coast, earning her Bachelor’s Degree before delving into Master’s courses. A marketing expert, she’s completed over a staggering 1,200 marketing sales management training courses. She jumped headfirst into her real estate career in the ‘90s by representing entertainers and athletes in Atlanta, Georgia before expanding to North Carolina, Louisiana, and finally California and Nevada. While she’s called California her home for over a decade, the world is her community and she serves a hungry international housing market with refreshing honesty and integrity.

When not wrapping up deals, KaTrina enjoys having fun, especially when sports are involved. Believing she was the General Manager of a professional NBA or NFL team in a past life, she's learned all there is to know about basketball and football!
